The Basement Living and Kitchen area Photographed from the Wild Garden.

This 3 storey property in North London took almost a year to complete. It’s designer Sahran Abeysundara, from Alan Baker and Son’s Interior Design, started from an almost blank canvas, and provided, architectural services, project management, furniture, fabrics, and flooring.

It includes 2 children’s bedrooms, a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, a studio, a television room, and the most amazing open planned living/Kitchen area which leads out into an incredible wild garden.

It couldn’t have been a more perfect day to photograph this property. The open planned living area, with only a large glass divide to separate it from the patio and garden, gave the ambience of a continental villa, which could have been a million miles away from London.
